All packages will be sent by courier or by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery from our UK warehouse. There will be a delivery charge applied to all overseas deliveries. This charge will vary depending upon the weight of the package and its destination and will be shown at the end of your order on our web site. To obtain a price for deliveries to Europe, please either use our cart system that should determine the charge or telephone us on +44 (0)7484 644330 or email us at support@amby.co.uk and we will reply within 24 hours with an exact cost. Please ring us for delivery charges outside of Europe.
We operate a strict security check procedure, to ensure your credit card details are only being used by you. This may occasionally delay the dispatch of your items for any of the following reasons.
In the event of your order being held for any of the reasons above, one of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends) by phone or email. You may then be asked to fax us confirmation of you details, change the delivery address, confirm by post your billing address or use different card details. We cannot be held responsible for any delay on your goods and the order will not be considered confirmed until you have verified your details with us.
